Thank you for your service. Below are Veterans Day 2026 freebies you can use in Raleigh. We only include offers the company or organizer has published for 2026 on its own site, not last year's offers recycled. Several national chains that ran Veterans Day offers in past years hadn't published 2026 details when we checked. The latest official Applebee's and Denny's announcements we found were for 2025. We only list an offer once the company posts it for 2026, so check back.
Wednesday, November 11, 2026. City of Raleigh administrative offices are closed that day (City of Raleigh).
Requirements vary, and many restaurants ask for proof of service such as a military ID, a veterans organization card or a DD-214. Bring one to be safe, and read each listing's fine print. Most offers are dine-in only.
No. Dine-in only, no takeout or rain checks. The free meal is only for the person who served. Family and friends pay regular prices.
How we verify: we read each offer on the business, museum or organizer's own website (or an official post) and record the date. Offers change, so please confirm before you go. Spot something wrong? Tell us.
