Halloween Village: free trick-or-treating at Lafayette Village (Oct 31)
North Raleigh's Lafayette Village turns into a daytime trick-or-treat route on Halloween afternoon. Kids in costume stroll the village collecting treats from the shops, meet costumed Halloween characters and pose for photos. A good early, daylight option for younger kids before evening trick-or-treating.
