Free Day of the Dead festival in downtown Raleigh
Revista Latina NC's free 8th annual Día de los Muertos festival fills City Plaza and Fayetteville Street with 31 performances on two stages, a community ofrenda, Aztec and folk dance, live music, a Catrina parade and contest, Mexican crafts and food trucks.
